口感︰The Hunter Valley is renowned for producing Semillons which transform over time from crisp, lemony, grassy light bodied wines into complex honey toasty wines with great length and persistence.
The Semillon fruit for this wine came from old low cropping vines on the Arrowfield Estate vineyard in the Hunter Valley. Aromas of lime juice, lemon curd and vanilla water carry through to a dry, light bodied palate with a long and intense crisp lemony finish. With careful cellaring this wine will develop more complexity and weight over the next 5-8 years.
