口感︰Fruit for the Sophie's Bridge Shiraz came off low yielding, mature cooler climate vineyards in the Central Tablelands of NSW. These mature vines have produced a wine with great balance, length and fruit intensity. Dark cherry, raspberry and plum fruit dominate the nose with hints of white pepper and spicy oak. These flavours carry onto the palate and integrate nicely with the soft, supple savoury tannins.
