WSET Level 2 Intermediate Certificate in Wines and Spirits

學費： $6480 (包括教材、約 50 款葡萄酒及烈酒、學習用具 及 WSET 中級程度考試)

課程內容：（英語教材，粵語授課）

• 第一節: 介紹 WSET 課程及考試、試酒技巧、食物與葡萄酒的配合及健康與酒
• 第二節: 影響酒的風格之原因及酒標籤的術語
• 第三節: Chardonnay 及 Pinot Noir
• 第四節: Cabernet Sauvignon、Merlot 及 Sauvignon Blanc
• 第五節: Syrah、Grenache 及 Riesling
• 第六節: 意大利, 西班牙及葡萄牙出產的酒之認識
• 第七節: 葡萄汽酒及甜酒的認識
• 第八節: 加強酒及烈酒 (如: 白蘭地等)

另 WSET 中級程度考試 (包括 WSET 提供的考試卷及簽發國際認可的證書)

簽發證書的要求：

需在 60分鐘內完成 50條選擇題（要答對 55%或以上）

• Factors influencing style of wine and label terminology

• Syrah, Grenache and Riesling
• Italy, Spain and Portugal
• Sparkling and sweet wines
• Fortified wines and spirits and liqueurs

WSET Level 2 Intermediate Exam (Include Exam Paper and Certificate issued by WSET)

Answer a multiple choice paper of 50 questions within 60 minutes (Minimum of 55% correct to pass the exam)
