口感︰South Eastern Australia has some of the premium cool climate wine growing areas in Australia. It also boasts Philip Island home to the Fairy Penguin colony. During winter the cold winds blow up from the south and across the vineyards. Vineyard owners and workers refer to the weather as being "as cold as a Penguin's Kiss", hence the name, which captures the essence of the areas producing this quality wine.
